memoirs and muses design studio, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates memoirsandmuses.com from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered.
Personalization: the names, dates, wording, photos, handwriting or artwork you give us so we can make your piece.
Messages: anything you send through our contact or custom-order forms.
Payment: payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Site basics: cookies needed for your cart and checkout to work, and basic, non-identifying traffic statistics.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, send proofs, and keep you updated on its status.
To answer your questions and quote custom work.
To keep the records Oklahoma and federal law require for sales and taxes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment processor, shipping carriers, our web host, and the email service that delivers order updates. Each one is bound to use your information only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require (generally seven years). Artwork and personalization files are kept so we can remake or reorder your piece; email us and we will delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing kevin@memoirsandmuses.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that keep your cart and login working. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout will not function without them.

Children

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
