Shipping & returns.
The short version: we make every piece to order, send a proof first, and stand behind our work. Here are the details.
Processing time
Shop items are typically made and shipped within 5–7 business days of proof approval. Custom projects usually take 1–2 weeks after the proof is approved, depending on materials. If you need something by a specific date, tell us before ordering and we’ll confirm whether we can meet it.
Proofs
Every personalized piece gets a digital proof by email before it’s made. Please check names, dates, spelling and layout carefully — once a proof is approved, the piece is made exactly as shown, and we can’t remake it for errors that were on the approved proof.
Materials
We supply every piece we engrave or print. To keep quality consistent, we don’t accept customer-supplied items at this time.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. We’re not responsible for carrier delays after handoff, but we’ll always help track a package down.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma by appointment. Choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready and arrange a time.
Returns & remakes
Because everything is made to order and personalized, orders are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or we made a mistake, email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll remake it at no cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before you approve a proof for a full refund. After proof approval, materials have usually been cut, so we’re unable to cancel or refund.
